The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is initiating plans to establish a ₹450 crore technology hub in Sector 10 near the Noida International Airport. Spread over 206 acres, the tech cluster is anticipated to be completed by January 31, 2028, and is expected to create over 31,000 direct and indirect jobs. A key component of the project is a 50-acre plot allotted to Havells, which will serve as the anchor unit. Havells plans to invest ₹800 crore in manufacturing products like fans, air conditioners, and cables, with operations starting in 2026 and initially employing over 1,000 people.
